Makes sense - Urine (if it's stale anyway) has amonia in it which is bleach.

It did...I really didnt believe it would. They will come out. We put everything through the dryer when Caleb first went into them as the weather was really bad. I thought I'd have to give them a long soak with nappy san but the first time I put them out on the line they all came up white again.

possibley, but even if the sun isnt actually shining it is the UV that does the whitening...so it might have helped them anyway.

We treid Tom on cloth nappies last night and now they are all stained bright yellow. I dry pailed them and then stuck them in the wash with ecostore. We then tried to rewash them with some Friend Oxyaction stuff but still stained.
