I have been a mean mummy cause up till now i had him in a sleeping bag and in a cot so he couldnt escape to our room. Before i stopped bfing him he thought me in bed was a reason to have titty, which was another reason to hold off the bed for so long. I guess perserverance it is going to have to be then.
oh and if i just shut the door then it is going to affect his poor brother too, he'd have to put up with the screams.

thanks guys.

It helps that Toby has only just started coming into your bed as Hannah was well established in mine and had claimed it as her own.

I eventually had to sacrifice a week's worth of sleep and sleep with one eye open, ready to get up and put her back as soon as I heard those little footsteps. She got the picture eventually and now sleeps in her bed fine!

Hopefully Toby isn't as stubborn as the Red-Head and he gets it fast!! Good luck Deb!

Once he realises that you are just going to keep doing this and not let him sleep in your bed he will soon get sick of it and just stay put
