Oh yeah, and bamboo and hemp are naturally anti-bacterial and anti-fungal (I think).

Another note - microfibre = quickdrying

hemp = not quick drying

bamboo = even slower drying

We have to use m/fibre and hemp during the day and at night. I haven't used bamboo to compare but I've heard really good things especially because it is trimmer.

As for whats best, it depends on the person. During the day I just use microfibre.

At night I use a combination of hemp and microfibre. Microfibre on its own doesn't work for us at night (even using 2 of the new honeychild inserts which are meant to hold mega amounts of pee still leak). Microfibre - quick at absorbing

Hemp - holds a lot of liquid but is slower at absorbing
