I got 7 hours last night and they still felt dry (but I changed him anyway as I wanted him to sleep and wanted no excuses. and that was with 1 insert!!! And just after my boy mega wetted thru a sposie in 5 min!!!

I like I like I like. The fit is the best I have of any pocket nappy and so much easier than the prefolds too. Oh, I got a bumgenius on Thursday. I am also very impressed. I got three hours out of it yesterday with just the one insert in it.

It did but it was SOOOOOO gross taking the inserts out to wash. We finally got to try out our honeychild overnight without Tom pooping in it within the first 30min and I am impressed.

Ok it looks ridiculous on him and thankfully he is not too mobile yet as I dont think he would be able to crawl or walk in it (but it is for night time anyway!). We had to go up to 3-6mth clothes (normally 0-3 months fit him loosely). But..... I put it on at 7pm and checked it at the 4.30 feed. I had very cunningly used a liner and there was some poo on it so I removed that and felt the nappy...still felt dry. I did it back up and left him till 7am.

At 7am he had done a massive explosive poo (I am guessing around 5.30 when he woke for no reason and was given his dummy by DH) but the nappy felt dry....however the inserts were sopping wet.

So in summary...it worked! I have been looking for something that might last us longer at night as he starts to sleep through.
