1 round cob or other fancy bread
1 pot cream cheese
2 and a half cups tasty cheese
half cup mayonnaise, spring onions, capsicums, olives gerkins anything else you fancy
Cut top off bread
Scoo[ centre out
Mix Cheese and mayonnaise and cream cheese and anything else you like as above
Place mixture in bread
Put top on bread and wrap in foil
Bake at 150 for one and a quater hours
Serve with crackers, chips, rice crackers, celery sticks or carrot stickes.
