Dunno. You wouldn't have to do the 7% thing as your DF's grandma would be getting the material sent to her and then she would send the over here as a gift. Correct me if i'm wrong Stac.

Diaper Cuts is apparently pretty good... I don't know how the prices compare though. I'd say it'd all be pretty similar

The thing with PUL is that you have to pay 7% of the value to get it in the country so often it doesn't work out much cheaper than getting it from say greenbeans.
