My mum makes a white chocolate rocky road, using white marshmellows and macadamias nuts. Melt white chocolate and a little bit of cream together, and then add chopped up marshmellows and macadamia nuts, and then wait for it to set. Mum just makes different sweets and then puts them in little parcel things for family members, but the best one is the white rocky road I think. yep i got a super super easy cake recipie, it really is xmas cake for dummies, lol! It tastes super good, as well

soak 1 kg of mix fruit (you could even just have sultanas if you don't like the chistmas mix) overnight in 2 cups of dry ginger ale
