She must feel so dehydrated at times but she is worlds pickiest eater / drinker. On a good day she'd drink 150mLs of water and maybe 50mLs milk but often less. Probably best to go to the doc for peace of mind. Wow! 9 MCNs!!! Busy washing machine in your house then!

Along with the drinking thing, with diabetes, there are other symptoms. DH has type 1 and has since he was 4 years old. From what his mother told me, he lost weight, wouldn't eat much, drank and peed heaps, got up several times a night to have a drink and in the end was really really sick. But it happened quite suddenly so if it is something like that, you will notice very quickly.

A girl from another board that I am on noticed that her little boy was chugging water back and it was because he was heavily dehydrated from T1 diabetes.
Olivia drinks around 600mls of water and milk per day as her bare minimum and can have another 2-300ml over that.

We have also found she is a sweaty little monster, especially in the first part of the night (before midnight) and will have really wet hair! I know its not because of too much bedding because she is in the habit of sleeping on top of the covers. I think its just their little bodies taking in and letting out what they need more than anything.

She is also eating heaps at the moment too. Like HEAPS! Its awesome - she has been a crappy eater over the past few months.
