Deffo. Bubbly in flavoured fruit drinks are awesome. Yes, well if Phoenix arrives early, then I am thinking maybe some Absolut Vodka, the berry ones are quite nice. Hey all, I stole this out of the Foodtown Magazine Dec 07 issue, and it is yum!

I thought I'd share it, as it is great for us preggy ladies who can't drink the booze this Christmas.

Strawberry Fizz

- 1 punnet of strawberries, hulled and halved
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1-2 tablespoons caster sugar
- ice
- 4 schweppes classic soda water 330ml
- extra strawberries for garnish

Place the strawberries, lemon juice and caster sugar in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.

Strain through a sieve into a jug and divide between 4 glasses.

Add a handful of ice to each glass and top up with schweppes classic dry soda water.
