Have you seen my pasta salad recipe here? It uses a nice wholegrain mustard, buttermilk and mayo combo. Very nice.

You can also add a couple of teaspoons of curry powder to it, to spice it up. i love pasta salad but im not really a fan of the ready made salad dressings you get. I like quite tart dressings and love things like bacon, smoked chicken etc... in my pasta salad.
