A really nice summer meal and so easy as you can easily make enough salad for 2 nights (and lunch the next day too!)<br /><br />We often put this in wraps or pita as well which is nice]]>

Cook some pasta (about 2/3 cup dry weight). When pasta is cooked add the veg, and some shredded basil leaves, salt and pepper. I have this with either eye fillet steak or chicken. This serves one so you can double/triple ingredients etc.<br /><br />I worked it out to be about 7points on WW and its yummy.]]>

Nothing fancy just meat (chicken, pork or beef), rice and lots of mixed veges. Cooked the meat and veges in soy sauce and galric. Easy peasy! ]]>

I found a really good one in the WW mag and all my kids loved it so I'll start the ball rolling with that.<br />Please add any tried and true recipes.<br /><br />Hoisin Pork<br /><br />1/2 cup Hoisin sauce<br />2 tbs lemon juice<br />1 tsp soy sause<br />600g lean minced pork<br />1 red capsicum chopped<br />6 green onions (I just used a normal onion)<br />2 cloves garlic<br />3 tsp grated ginger<br /><br />Combine first 3 ingredients put aside.<br />Spray pan with cooking spray and fry pork, onions and capsicum 5-6 min until pork browned and cooked through.<br />Add garlic and ginger cook for a couple more minutes.<br />Poor in combined sauces, stir and heat through.<br />Serve with rice and lettuce leaves.<br /><br />Serves 4 with points value of 6 1/2 if you are doing WW.<br /><br />]]>
