Give the fleece a good scrub by hand with the dishwashing liquid so it goes real soapy. And yeah, PP jeans just dont work over cloth bums unfortunately...]]>

The dishwashing liquid removes build up (or in your case softener) and then the first wash removes the dishwashing liquid and then second one is like a massive rinse.<br />This is what I advised to do when persil had blocked my nappies up, and it works.]]>

They had a really oily feel to them so I strip washed them but with only one dose of vinegar as I'd run out. (thought about using chinese rice wine vinegar but decided against it!)<br /><br />This morning I've got through for HC's and they have all leaked so lots of washing to do today!<br /><br />Any ideas on how long it takes or what to do to get rid of the softner?<br /><br />The other problem is that they make Ro's bum too big to fit into his clothes.
