For nights i love the funky bumz pull on fleece covers or knitted soakers or longies.<br /><br />Day time a PUL cover is fine and you can get some patterned bummis wraps from snazzipants - and i see they along with mothers instinct are selling the bummis super brites.  or else there is plain moon eze covers from the TM seller kimnz (i see she has a few listed at the mo for $16).  I loved these covers, very basic looking but did a great job and were really soft and flexible.]]>

I think Pippa at Snazzi is doing a fitted that does not need a cover. I had one and it was great (too small now) but did take a while to dry. You can put it in the dryer though.<br /><br />I love my pockets as they dry quickly, don't need covers and you can increase the absorbency for heavy wetters. I am also a fan of the prefold though, they rarely leak and if they fit well contain all the mess and they are cost effective.]]>

I have to cover up Joshie's nappies most of time as he just takes them off so I just enjoy looking at them when I put them on and when I hang them on the line!]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=682">Bizzy</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 14321<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 08 February 2008 at 3:20pm<br /><br />fitteds are great at containing everything...and true you do need a cover over them under their clothes but at home in the summer i never bothered and was therefore able to change toby as soon as i saw he was wet, and he looked so cute...my fave was a snazzipants buzzy bee fitted.<br /><br />Pockets you have to cover them up in winter too with clothes so the argument of covering fitteds kind of goes out the window there. <br /><br />For night you cant beat them for breathability with a wool cover. <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley10.gif" border="0"> <br /><br />They can be a bit more bulky than pockets for some people.<br /><br />Pockets are great too mind you and it all comes down to finding  a system that works on your bubba.  <br /><br />The snazzipants website has the best comparison chart i have seen with regards to the diff types of nappies and the pros and cons...  ]]>

With the next baby I plan on using prefolds/covers/fitted for nights as they apparently are really good at "containing" (as Maya said), and then going onto pockets/fitted for the medium stage.]]>

But Gandt loves them, esp for smaller babes.<br /><br />I know that a lot of people use fitteds and wraps for night time too as they can be more leak-proof than pockets, but I haven't had too many probs with pockets leaking.]]>
