Tried this and he ended up vomiting it back up

Tried reasoning with him bit no won't work.

Put it in chocolate milkshake which worked 3 times but now he is refusing again.

I'm quite concerned cos he isn't having the abs or paracetemol and has had a temp of around 39.5 all day. What can I do? Also another thing we did with Andrew was tell him it will hurt at first but it will make him feel better really soon, and promise that he'll get something nice after the medicine had been taken.

Poor wee Jack has tonsilitis, hes so miserable Does anyone have any ideas on getting him to have his medicine? It hurts him so much to swallow but he has to swallow to get his pain relief and ABs. I've been forcing the ABs down but it just ends up all over him.
