Yea I had it almost as bad as the m/c itself except less clots and more cramps. was there a clot? I could imagine a clot blocking the cervix until enough pooled behind it to push it all out. No, its calmed down now. I think because there was nothing for over 12 hours it had pooled or something and then a whole load came out over a couple of hours. do you think thats ok? I know with the docs said with the MC that soaking a pad in less than an hour was too much bleeding. dont know if it counts for an AF after a MC. Its so embarrassing, was out walking the dogs with a friend and had to turn back cos I had an accident . What is worse is I had two heavy days which is far enough and quite normal and then 12 + hours of absolutely nothing and then OMG it starts again and I leak through tampons and a pad in just half an hour.

Is it normal for the first AF after a m/c to be really bad?
