thats a shame...

basically tho it was constant monitoring as in HCG levels weekly and scans from 8 till 12 weeks, bed rest for the first 3 months (well close to it - i had to give up work and spend 3 mths on the couch too close to the fridge), no sex, no smoking, and we attended a weekly relaxation class too...oh and a stronger dose of folic acid was prescribed too.

Not sure about what happens before you get pregnant tho cause i was pregnant when i got referred...

well it seems that there is no longer a recurrent miscarriage clinic in wellington anymore...but wgtn hospital has sent the hutt hospital ob the guidelines and well yeah...looks like they are doing everything...so im left on my own again to just plod along and keep trying.
