I have to bake the first birthday cake on Thursday, oh the pressure! I just hired a tin from a local cake decorating supplies shop in Hamilton. And then used one of the Cadbury's cake mixes. Here is the finished result:

Grab some pre-made sponges and shape them into the number 1 and go nuts decorating!!!!
