I would speak to her nice and calmly and explain the concept of swear word sand how they aren't nice to say.

I would also warn her that if you hear those words then she will be straight in time out (if you use it) or some other form of reprimand.

Hannah's latest is to attribute swearwords to someone else so that she can't get in trouble for saying them - "Ethan says 'what the f***' aye mum?" Hmm...Zaara at one stage picked up "sh*t" from us as we both use it alot and dont even realise it! But then when we heard her say it, we were in shock. So we make sure now that we dont say it infront of her....and I found that after a week or so of not hearing it, she never repeated it!!

Children are like that!! just when you get over one stage another one arises, this time it is the b word. I do swear a bit so I am far from perfect, but i hardly ever use that word so am guessing she has picked it up from a friend somewhere so how do I stop it? and how long do I have to put up with this phase?
