Nah, my waters broke and i didn't have the baby for another 3 weeks. I did have antibiotics but they could have just sent her home with some. but they said that after checking her over they sent her home, i thought that if her waters had broken, after 24hours she would have to be on antibiotics an hav to pretty much give birth???

God that is so awful and scary! I hope her wee baby is ok and that she recovers ok too.
What kind of animal would do that to a pregnant woman?! How freakin' awful that it happened in New Lynn, not far from where lots of us Westies live..

I found this part absolutely shocking as well

"No passers-by would help her in dark and rainy conditions. Eventually she went to a dairy, where a shop assistant would not help her until she'd served a customer.
