Mmmmmmm. Then you just shallow fry them as you would with Shnitzel.<br /><br />I serve it on rice that has raisins/sultanas and chopped celery in it (totally optional though) with a dollop of either the yoghurt or sweet-chilli sauce and with a big serving of salad OR whatever you fancy.<br /><br />Yummmm, think I might do this for dinner tonight now, yummo!]]>

Usually I whack them into a stirfry or something.]]>
