Tiff - have you looked at the Ecomoon ones? Sold by Keela as mentioned by someone else - I use these daily (for no other reason than I feel 'fresher") - she has a range called snap n wear and you buy her undies (which incidently I think are the most comfy) then snap the liner in place so absolutely no movement! I have got some of her regular liners/pads too but prefer this style. Possibly. Problem is it's not only from having too many fat babies, I also have an ongoing bladder condition that I take meds for and have had two lots of surgery for. Outrageous! ones are great, and so are the ones at Little Cloth Kiwis (also sold by Keela on TradeMe under the trader name TrendyVogue).

Cloth pads definitely feel better. I think the Foxybots pads are way more comfortable than disposable pads. They are so soft so I couldn't imagine getting any rash from them and as Kels said the blood is wicked away through the minky top layer so they never feel wet. If I had to wear a liner every day I'd definitely go cloth - way cheaper and more comfortable.

TIff - I have to use liners all the time too coz my bladder just ain't what it was before it had four babies using it for exercise (hey, this IS a TMI thread! ) and I don't find I get pad rash. I know what you mean tho, I use sposie pads for AF and on the last day or two it can sometimes get a bit ouchy. I use Foxybots med pads as liners coz the liner thickness ones just don't cut it. It's saving me a fortune too coz those bloody Tena things are daylight robbery!

Tiff I would get a couple of liners to trial to see what you think of them. If you have to use them all the time them it would save you lots.

I don't think you would get a pad rash as they are very soft the materials Stacey uses (the same as the nappy fabrics).

I have used my super pads with a heavy AF and never had any problems with smells even when sealing my used ones in a plastic glad bag till I get home it hasnt had any offensive smell at all.

Sorry I cant help with the pad rash.

I feel more fresh using mama pad oppose to disposable pads. The blood is wickd away better and the pads are dry to touch altho you can see they are pretty full. They dont need to be soaked and always come out of the wash looking as good as new with no stains. My super pads are a cream colour and have been used for heavy AF with not even a sign of a stain.

FOxybots have a awesome range. Even just trailing a couple may give you a good idea.

I've been curious about these too, but I'm a bit like Emma and can't quite get my head around it. But since the thread been started I'll ask a couple of questions, and I apologise for TMI in advance. I have to wear a pad every day (since I got my period at 11) for a discharge problem (loooong story, which involves loads of hromones and several sugeries), it can be quite light at times and others almost as heavy as a period. Now 'cos I have to wear them all the time I'm worried that the cloth ones could cause *ahem* 'pad rash' which isn't fun (and I've had it before again due to the constant use). Also what about the freshness factor, does it not feel too bad? And are they ok for breathability, spose no better than disposable ones?

I use my Foxybots (old-style Supers) for heavy overnight bleeding and they've never stained! They come out looking as beautiful as the day I bought them them! I love them

I have a weeks worth of liners but my teen thinks they are "so cool" so she users them for when she gets AF not that you could call it that.....Ahhh those were the days when AF was mearly a drop and lasted all of 3 days lol

I have a 2 mediums and 2 super to use as back up to the somewhat troublesome diva cup I have been trying to kill myself with

I have some liners and I have used them overnight with a tampon and they have had some blood on them but haven't stained.

I only started using cloth pads a couple of months ago, along with my moon cup. I have 3 x super pads (2 x Foxybots & 1 WAHM off TM) to use at night and I love them. The Foxybots are my favourite, they are just as gorgeously soft & reliable as their nappies! I'd now love a few liners to wear during the day as back up with my Moon Cup . . . . .
