Chops are such a man thing. My Dad used to cook them everytime he cooked and they always ended up dry and stringy . I might have to try some crockpot ones and aim for them to be moist. Yeah it does come off the bone really easily. Have to confess I'm lazy and hate chops (I hate any meat that takes work to eat) . Still, might have to put that to one side! I do a yummy lamb hotpot in the crockpot using lamb chops.

Get chops maybe?
