Bung the chicken breasts in oven dish<br />2. Pour can of diced tomatoes ontop (basil, garlic etc flavoured)<br />3. Put a slice of cheddar ontop of each chicken lump<br />4. Cook it<br /><br />Yummy! and so quick and easy to prepare.<br /><br />To make it flasher - sprinkle some mixed herbs and ground pepper before you put the cheese on.<br /><br />I serve this with potato bake ("Potato Bake" sauce out of a can, poured over sliced potatoes in an oven dish and cooked through)]]>
