Interesting... I've been told I have to lose weight before the fertility clinic will help out... I wish they would just hurry up and help out, they said I've got plenty of time before I need to have kids but hubby & I have been trying for about 5 years...I've lost about 15kgs since the start of the year and that was pretty hard... thanks for the advice tho... I really found Vitex excellent! (Thompsons 1000mg - One a day)
I know Femzone has some in it, not sure how much though.
Really settles my hormones enough to induce a period (non-existent pretty much usually).
Then I take my Clomid, by the sounds of it you may be a big girl like me?

Hi... I've been on Metformin for a year now, and it definitely hasn't helped with my cycle... I come off the metformin wishin, im now waiting to start clomid, but reading that site tells me ive made the right decision, i cant afford to lose weight. How are you whats going on having a break from clomid arnt you?
