So boil bones for couple of hours then remove meat, and add soup mix, simmer for 1 hour, then add veges and simmer for a further 1/2 hour.  I usually blend or grate my vege.<br /><br />Or you can make oxtail stew.  Not sure how to make it though but we use to have it all the time when we were kids and we called in aeroplane stew, because the bones are kind of in the shape of aeroplanes.  It wasn't until we were 16 that my sister asked what aeroplane stew was made out of.
