You can put veges in the sauce for the meatballs.<br /><br />Fish pie is a good one too.]]>

I also do this with portions of spag bol, chop up a cooked sausage etc,..then I always have meals on hand! Just defrost a meat postion, poatoes and add some frozen vege and serve! ]]>
