Checked Harry's cup, it doesn't leak!! Hopefully the new one you get shouldn't leak. the baby factor rang me back, aparently someone else just went in about the cups and she emailed the supplier in the UK!! and they said it shouldnt leak at all and they sent her a new valve and now its fine.

If it says spill proof I definitely wouldn't expect it to leak from the spout. I had a similar problem with one of the Watties spill proof cups which I bought from the baby factory. It leaked from the lid part when tipped on a certain angle. They just took the one I bought back and gave me a brand new one and said they would send it back to the manufacturer..

ok so i got 1 of these for the reason it said spill proof so i thought that . .
if j knocks it over or tips it upside down it wont leak . .
well it does, and the ladies here at the baby factory where i got it dont have the slightest idea about the cups or the valves so say they cant do anything as they are unsure if its faulty?????
so
