Then I'd say its normal cream, and as it comes in 300ml bottles could be two of them.]]>

It's from a NZ magazine, so I guess I should be able to find it.  What is this?<br /><br />I believe it must be high in fat content as that stops the cream from seperating.<br /><br />Anyone know?]]>
