My Keela breastpads have a lovely wool waterproof layer.<br /><br />Also I find that PUL backing slips in my bra.  Microfleece and wool does not.<br /><br />I'm another who prefers cotton on top.  IMO it's best to keep synthetics away from the nipple (and other sensitive areas<img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"> ).]]>

Now my milk has settled down a bit, they are better but need to be changed regularly. I also got some PeaPods ones from Baby Factory and really like them ($15 for 6).  They get more absorbant the more you wash them, and I can usually wear them  for 12 hours with no problem.  The only problem is that they can take ages to dry.]]>

I did find the minky stuck to my nipples in the early days when they were a bit grazed and sore tho so I found the Bee Dezine ones better to start with.<br /><br />I've also tried the Tommee Tippee ones - utter rubbish! I wore two at once on each side and they STILL leaked straight thru!<br /><br />I like the look of Trendyvogues ones on TM too, altho they don't seem to have a waterproof backing? ]]>
