Grrrrrr at China!!!!!  You can't trust anything that comes out of that country anymore!!!

 

I soo hope it hasn't made it into NZ.  I'd hate for it to hurt any of our babies.  It's sad enough babies over there have suffered and died.  Just terrible.  I think they should feed that stuff to the people that contaminated it, and see how they like it!!!

yes but sometimes boobie is not possible. I'm not sure, it showed a lot of milk products with chinese writing being removed (i'm assuming was powdered milk products sold at asian shops) and then it showed a lady in the supermarket checking tins and removing some, she was holding a karicare tin but it didn't actually say whether that was one of the ones affected, or even if the baby formula has been affected at all. Perhaps they are just removing anything manufactured in China to be on the safe side, or perhaps the footage had nothing to do with this, you know what the media is like.

Some of the contaminated milk has ended up in NZ Very scary when you are making up formula. I checked ours and it says manufactured in liverpool, but it doesn't say where the raw ingredients come from.
I think it is so wrong that the government won't make companies say where stuff comes from, they just have it as voluntary. Far out, no I haven't heard that at all and have watched the news every night snce we have been here. They are very Aus focused on the news here thou, the only thing I have heard to do with NZ is the election date and worldwide is the market crashes.

Apparently they wanted to make it look like it had more protein in it.

Those poor babies and their parents. last i heard this morning two had died and 50 were in hospital in a serious condition.

very sad!!! that it has led to the death of babies!
