I'll go against the grain a little and say that I bought a saliva microscope and so far it has worked really well for me - the trick for me was learning to interpret the 'results' properly and finding out what others experiences had been. Luckily I got one on TradeMe so it wasn't nearly as expensive as buying one retail. Oh, and the brand I got was Maybe Baby, though I know that there is one called Fertile Focus too, and maybe a third but I can't remember the brand name.

I agree with the others OPKs and temperatures work best for me. The saliva microscope is a waste of time and money. I bought one and it remains in my draw. Daizy I dont know about the Microscope but I have been using OPK's with reasonable sucess lately.
