I get my xantham gum from woolworths and the other flours from commonsense organics.  Bin Inn also does a good range of gluten free products.

eta: xantham and guar gum are the same thing (or do the same thing) so if you can't find it labelled as xantham just grab some guar gum

Potato starch flour
tapioca flour

xanthan gum

Can you able to tell where did I get these flours from? I am struggling to find them apart from rice flour are easy get hold of. I know I may have to a special trip to christchurch city or get it delivery if they offer delivery, but I don't know where to start... any tips please?
