Yeah thats Kate! (apart from the swearing- but I'm sure some of the things she comes out with are swearing in 1 year old ).

To me it makes far more sense stopping the behaviour before it starts rather than punishing people once they've already gone off the rails. I totally agree! So many problems seem to be so deep rooted from such a young age, this seems like something that could really work.

I had to laugh at this bit though:
Severe behaviour displayed by children as young as two included tantrums, swearing, yelling, hitting, kicking, talking back and refusing to share toys.
