We search everywhere for a rear facing buggy but not of them were any good for the area we leve. Ha ha, I got a letter from the courts today about a fine and it said something along the lines of "if you don't contact us you could be arrested." I told the guy when I rang them that being arrested actually sounded quite appealing coz it would mean a bit of a holiday.

Its a bit of a joke really, how can it be proved? And surely, if a baby faces me yeah, s/he interacts with me, but if s/he faces the other way, then other people are more likely to come and say hello and thats lots of new and exciting people to gurgle/spill/laugh at?

I used a forward facing buggy , how I shall live with myself i do not know.
Even tho Caitlyn was talking in 3 to 4 word sentences BEFORE her 1st birthday , and her vocab list at 1 and a half was over 150 words ., i clearly have done wrong by my child .
