Ok what about factory? is there is a risk of trace of milk or soy in the factory. "Erm, nothing stated on packages about milk or soy in factory, but it made and pack in China" <br /><br />Right, I will try another dried apple that are not made in China to see any difference. <br /><br />Do anyone know China's allergy policy regards to labelling the food?]]>

However, when the slices are dehydrated most nutrients are lost but fiber is retained. Sulfur dioxide is typically used to dry apple slices and this can cause allergic or asthmatic reactions in some people. I do not recommend using dried apple slices in place of fresh organic apples.</em><br /><br />]]>

Most dried fruit you buy has added sugar in it. Drying fruit increases the concentratiion of natural sugar too as it removes the water content of the fruit, so for the same weight of fresh fruit and dried fruit you will get mre sugar from eating dried fruit.]]>
