Gosh I have no idea- wouldnt the company that imports the product, and is then rebaelling it as their own product have to know how its made etc,.surely that would be their responsibility?

Just spoken to company and they said nothing added to apple or been used to dried apple. Ok what about factory? is there is a risk of trace of milk or soy in the factory. "Erm, nothing stated on packages about milk or soy in factory, but it made and pack in China"

Right, I will try another dried apple that are not made in China to see any difference.

Dried Apples
Dried apple slices are also a good source of fiber. However, when the slices are dehydrated most nutrients are lost but fiber is retained. Sulfur dioxide is typically used to dry apple slices and this can cause allergic or asthmatic reactions in some people. I do not recommend using dried apple slices in place of fresh organic apples.

no added ingredient, just pure 100% fuji apples as stated on packages..

Yeah Isla cant have regular sugar- we use frutose (sugar from fruit) in baking. Most dried fruit you buy has added sugar in it.
