    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=20735">lisa85</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 23317<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 24 December 2008 at 7:58pm<br /><br />Sooooo tasty this is my once a year only bring out on Xmas dessert!!!!<br /><br />I started making it because my nephew is allergic to eggs and this moose doesn't require any <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"> <br /><br />2 cups Raspberrys (fresh is best)<br />500ml fresh thin cream<br />half cup caster sugar<br />2 teaspoons gelatine<br />2 small milkyway bars<br />1 flake bar<br /><br />Beat cream and sugar untill thick (not whiped) and sugar has dissolved.<br />Add Raspberrys and stir untill pink<br />Disolve gelatine in 2 tablespoons of hot water and stir into the cream mixture<br />Grate the white choc into thin shavings and stir into mixture leave some to sprinkle on top.<br />Pour into a glass bowl<br />Place in the fridge to set for about an hour the sprinkle remaining white choc and crushed flake bar on top.<br /><br />You could also add fresh strawberrys on top. Also works well without any chocolate at all but whats the fun in that <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"> ]]>
