I'd suggest either building up your stash gradually (one or two nappies per month) or buying some preloved from Trade Me or The Nappy Network. As long as you ask questions about the condition of the nappy you can pick up some real bargains at the fraction of the price of a brand new nappy. Why don't you slowly build up a nappy supply or better yet divert 1/2 the money from your weekly shop for sposies into buying some mcn. If you use trade me you might find some cheap on there too.

Also another thing that would be great to add in would be different styles of baby wearing, ie wraps & slings. Wow, what a great idea Laura!! I've always wanted to do something like this in Nelson as we don't have any cloth nappy stores here and so many people just don't know what they're all about. I wish I could have attended something like this with my first baby!
