We have a couple of sleepysacks that go over Andrew's pj's, but they don't keep his arms warm. We can't keep him covered up and the alternative is going to be keeping a heater on in his room all night (which aside from the safety concerns I have, led to a $500 a month power bill last year when he was born in winter!).

I'm also having trouble keeping socks and shoes on him during the day - he's a little Houdini and takes them off!

All advice warmly appreciated.
