Auckland City Library has it (linky), and you can get it to your local library using the interloans service - costs $5 or $10 I think...

I would love to have a read of this book as I've heard lots of good things about it. My local library doesn't stock it & it is rather expensive to buy ($120+ from doing a google search ).

Does anyone have a copy they'd be happy to lend me? I would pay for the postage, of course.
