Frustrating eh?
No advice but I'll be watching this thread, Im not keen on our food issues
I dont know if my Kals eats coz he is bored but maybe due to growth spurt (thats lasted months!)
I feed him bout every 2 hrs, but he'd want to eat every hour He is def getting his 5+ of fruit & vege & 5+ of carbs, with at least 1/2 being wholegrain.

Tom could eat all day if it was available.  I offer him fruit and always have his water available.  At the moment his thing is milk.  He wants milk all day. Dom is the same with the tantrums, so frustrating! Not a big grazer though he is very much a time baby and is happy to have breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.

Yes she does have set meal times. With this mornings breakfast I waited until she asked for it...so knew she was hungry...she ate a couple of spoonfuls then demanded water and won't eat anymore. She just wants water. I know she will fill up on water and then ask for crackers later. Distraction does not work unfortunately. I think it is actually pretty normal. Maybe put stuff for the day in a lunchbox and she can have whatever she wants in that when she wants as such and check and monitor her food intake for two weeks. Only then I would feel you would see if there is a problem.

But pretty normal in this house. McKayla doesnt eat a bit dinner but she eats a big breakfast and nibble the whole day. Just make sure it is healthy stuff she nibbles on. What was great was celery sticks, carrot sticks ect. SH I find that some days Lauren will graze all day long, more so now than ever before.

Do you think she has just changed her eating style and has become a grazer like some kids become? I don't know, just a thought!

Joy seems to have developed this problem over the last month or so. I don't think she is actually hungry most times...she just wants something to nibble on and more often than not, will spit it out.
Today at coffee group, instead of playing with the ton of toys and other children she was asking for crackers...all morning
How do I combat this issue?
