Weight loss can affect your cycles by delaying ovulation. My doc told me not to diet but again I am of normal weight. It could be better in the long run as weight does affect your chances of conception. Has anyone had this monitored?
My cycles are soooo regular and I thought I ovulated on day 13...

This month on day 8 the dominant follicle was 12mm and today, day 14 it was only 17mm. I thought they were supposed to grow 2mm a day so something weirdo going on. The specialist was in such a hurry that didn't even get to discuss it.

Also, does anyone think that losing weight (quite a lot, on Jenny Craig the last two weeks and have lost about 2kg a week), and being on metformin would affect my cycles? That was idea DF had which I didn't think about.
