I just brought one of Trade Me and I love it too. Way better than my Baby Cheeks OSFA. I jsut purchased one of these, and I'm having a hard time figuring out how it is supposed to fit and what it should look like? How do you know if they are too loose or too tight?

Yup.
But never mind found them on TM.
I didn't think to search for them on there. DUH!!!

But I do recommend them. If you've seen the MYBABY one's on TM then they're the same as that but snaps not velcro. WHICH I LOVE.
