I walked and did swimming before that.]]>

But who knows everyone heals differently. I would recommend checking with you LMC or doc first though. <br /> I'm used to being really active as well so when I had twins I freaked out at the state of my body afterwards, but I didn't start trying to lose the weight until the girls were 6 months.
