I don't bother with a rolling pin and I cover my hands and the baking tray with a bit of  oil and just press it out into a circle.<br /><br />when perfected it comes out just as lovely as the regular toxic ones.  ]]>

I have used mixes in the past that you add egg and oil to that have tasted horrible. On the weekend I normally cook something like an omelette. <br /><br />I thought baked beans had gluten in them?]]>
