We use monkey doodlez on Livvy also and find them great. She has a fairly slim build and has been in a medium since she was 6 months and it still fits and has lasted really well. We also have a large and it fits her too and it isn't that much bigger ... most kids could start with the large I think. I like the Swimmis by Bummis, for sale at Snazzipants. They have heaps of adjustability, are comfy and have really cute designs
