I've got an American sized one from Farmers but it's 1295cm (though it's actually slightly less) and I think the cot measures 1330cm so I guess that's what the difference is. DH is going to get some foam to put down one end, then hopefully if I tuck the sheets over that too it will be ok. The lady at Baby Factory said it's more of a problem if there are gaps at the sides than at the ends.]]>

The one I got from Baby City was a thinner foam, so when I put a fitted sheet on, it kind of bent the foam under & caused big gaps especially at the corners. I wasn't comfortable using it, so got one from Baby Factory - different brand, same length & width measurements, but much thicker/sturdier foam. This one fits great. ]]>

I've got one of those genesis buckingham cots and when I push the mattress so it's up against the headboard the bottom of the mattress goes to the end of the base but there's a big gap all the way down between the end headboard and the base. Do you think we've put it together right? I can fit my whole arm down it, so I'm thinking that's pretty significant! Do you girls with the same cot have a gap like that?]]>
