Hi there,

I am in a pretty similar situation to you.
DH & I live in Auckland and are currently on the waiting list with Fertility PLus too. We are due to start our first attempt of ICSI IVF in May.

I'm 25 & we have been TTC for about 3 years.

I'm at Fertility plus and have Endo too. I'm away to have egg pick up tomorrow, eeek! I'm new to the forum and don't know many people who have been through IVF so I'm keen to keep get to know people in my situation.

How long have you been on the waiting list?

Hi VictorianKiwi,

I'm also with Fertility Plus, we've just done our first ICSI cycle (my husband has anti-sperm antibodies), which unfortunately wasn't succesful this time. We're back on the list for the 2nd public cycle next Sept, but will hopefully pay for a cycle in the meantime if we can afford it. Still trying to figure out whether it's best to do private through Fert plus, or with another clinic.

We're still getting the hang of this whole IVF rollercoaster and I've been getting advice from everyone who's been through IVF that I can, which can get a bit confusing at times, but it's nice to talk to people who understand what you're going through. Plus I love hearing the success stories!

I'm a bit older than u (32) and only been trying for 2 1/2 years but I do live in Auckland and on a similar journey, so if you feel like a chat anytime just let me know.
