Just a high quality cocoa (which will have no sugar at all) and then just your sugar substitute.]]>

She also said you can get them at Woolworths and can usually find them next to the checkouts where they keep all the chocolate/candy bars. Hope that helps! ]]>

I was wondering if there is such a thing as a chocolate that is safe for diabetics?  <br /><br />At Huckleberry Farms, they have these blocks of chocolate with "no added sugar." They're a lot lower in calories but I am assuming there's still some amount of sugar in them.  Do you think they would be okay for her?  I know she has sugar sometimes.<br /><br />There's also cocoa in the recipe.  Is this safe?  I'm replacing the sugar in the recipe with xylitol, which I use regularly and I know that it's safe for diabetics but I'm unsure about the chocolate and cocoa.]]>
