He usually does 4 - 6 a day but I thought that was because he eats like a pig and 1 or 2 are always nasty smelling. I had a week of 6-8 a day which wasn't fun. Not trying to worry you or anything but it is worth pursing it. They can skin prick test for things like dairy, bananas etc which is totally painless for them and only takes 10 mins and most of that is waiting for any reaction to happen and the gluten one has to be blood test which isn't very nice but Spencer had one and he was over it as soon as the needle came out, was just me who was left shaken

I'd recommend checking out the elimination diet or googling for extra info on what you should experimentally remove from his diet.
If you're concerned about possible food intolerances then try keeping a food and poop diary and it might show you a pattern GL!

We go from only one poo a day to almost every nappy if I introduce something that doesn't agree!

BUT consistency of it as well...is it a major mess or is it rolly offy IYKWIM. Rolly offy might just mean he's a pooer lol if not will possibly be something in his diet.

For a start look at the amount of acidic ie tomato stuff he has. Or Dairy can be a culprit as well

Normally it's 1 or 2, generally in the morning, sometimes (maybe once a week or so) he doesn't do any, sometimes he does 3. More than 3 is unusual for us. He never poos in his night nappy.

His bum is red and sore and he (and we) dread nappy changes. Normal is about 4. Occasionally we have a day with no poos but spend the day dreading the poosplosion.

I'm starting to wonder if he's got an intolerance but don't want to mess with his diet without seeing the GP. It feels a bit weird going in saying "Daniel poos heaps. Is he normal?" He's sustaining weight but not putting much on though I think that's pretty normal at this stage. He's very active and his belly is a pretty solid thing.

What's normal for your toddler??
