As far as I know it's just the public kindys that come under the AKA that are doing it. They're moving to 6 hour sessions, but I think some will still offer either a morning or afternoon session for kids who don't want to attend the whole day. Some kindys have already started offering the 6 hour days, but not all of them. Has anyone heard anything more about the plans by Auckland Kindy Assoc to get rid of the half day sessions? I missed the segment on Breakfast the other week and I can't find much on it. Will it affect all kindys?
